Store Marketing Lead

In this role, you’ll own local marketing strategy and execution to drive traffic, leads, and brand awareness in a fast-paced, customer-first retail environment. You’ll plan and run digital campaigns, in-store promotions, and community events while ensuring all efforts reflect Walser’s values of integrity, transparency, and teamwork. Collaborating closely with sales and service leaders, you’ll analyze performance data, optimize spend, and continuously refine tactics.
