Job OverviewThe Team Lead I will assist the Practice Manager to assure all Deaconess Heart Group providers and clinical staff meet licensing and regulatory standards of Deaconess Health System. The Team Lead I is responsible for the leadership, coordination and management of the daily operations of clinical personnel of the department they are over. The Team Lead I assures that the practice functions efficiently to support the physicians and/or midlevel providers in providing safe and compassionate patient care.Education and Experience Associate degree from an accredited medical assisting program is required, with active certification.One year cardiac experience is required. Five years of directly related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
