We believe our portfolio of businesses and investments in growth and transformation will result in a company with the scale, brand, capabilities, talent, and values to succeed as the digital revolution transforms our society and our industry.About the TeamThis Senior Director-level role is chartered to both lead the well-managed strategy and delivery for a major business unit and transform well-managed practices to a world-class, tech and AI-enabled center of operational excellence that enables best-in-class performance, transparency and operational confidence that unlocks innovation and speed to market for the business. This includes direct operating accountability for critical business operating processes including terms and account closures, and is on the front lines for evaluating and mitigating risk related as well as interfacing directly with product, tech, and business leaders as well as auditors and regulators. Going forward, leading this team will require an inspiring leader who can develop a clear vision and tangible design for a destination-state well-managed architecture and operating model as a part of a broadly reimagined requirements and risk management ecosystem. Further, this leader will be charged with defining and executing delivery and change management to that destination across people, process, and technology - while actively operating and supporting the business on an ongoing basis.
