Work Environment\nThis position offers a remote work setting within a collaborative outpatient office environment. Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Professional Counselor, your role will involve various critical responsibilities, including:

- Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions that empower clients to share experiences, connect with peers, and develop effective coping strategies. \n
- Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapeutic support, guiding clients through their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to help them establish meaningful action plans. \n
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans, adapting strategies based on ongoing needs and feedback. \n
- Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and feedback methods to track client outcomes, evaluating the effectiveness of implemented strategies and making necessary adjustments. \n
- Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, communicating regularly to coordinate care and tackle complex cases collectively. \n
Our primary focus is on assisting teens and young adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Clients typically range from 18 to 30 years old and may present issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental atmosphere where clients feel empowered to engage in their healing processes.
Qualifications\nTo be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

- Valid LPC license in the state of Georgia is required. \n
- A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is mandatory. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience is essential to understand the diverse needs of our client base. \n

The salary range for this position is USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
