Sr. Analyst, Content Management – Restaurant Technology Restaurant Brands International Inc. (RBI) is seeking a dedicated Sr. Analyst with experience in POS content and technology to support the Popeyes brand. This role focuses on gathering and defining requirements for technology solutions and coordinating menu, offer, and other content initiatives across the brand’s system. What you will do Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (Marketing, Operations, Pricing, Category Management) to align menu content strategies with business objectives. Oversee the development, execution, and delivery of POS and digital content for new menu items and promotions across all channels. Act as the primary liaison between external POS vendors and internal departments to maintain and update standard menu content, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Work closely with technology partners to ensure flawless execution and deployment of technology across POS and digital platforms. Define, plan, and rigorously test technology implementations, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and leadership. Collect, analyze, and interpret menu content data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement; provide actionable insights and reports to leadership. What you bring 2+ years of experience with POS content and related technology. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution building, and project execution. Strong understanding of restaurant systems and technology. Proficiency in data‑analysis tools and techniques. Knowledge of user‑experience and interface principles for menu content optimization. Experience with restaurant technology platforms such as POS, labor‑scheduling tools, and back‑of‑house systems.
