Mechanical Assembler

We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join a growing team and support the assembly and installation of advanced mechanical systems. Pay: $60,000–$75,000/year DOE + overtime Location: Starts in Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania for a 1–2 year project Hours: Full-time Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and systems according to technical drawings, blueprints and specifications. Prepare equipment for installation, testing, and on‑site commissioning. Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical builds safely and accurately. Support machinery installation and troubleshooting at customer sites. Collaborate with senior mechanics, engineers, and field teams to complete projects. Maintain organized workspaces and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Qualifications 3–5 years of hands‑on mechanical assembly experience, ideally with industrial machinery or automation equipment. Strong understanding of mechanics, pneumatics, and blueprint/technical drawing interpretation. Ability to work independently while maintaining high attention to detail. Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools (e.g., drills, grinders, torque wrenches). Willing and able to travel frequently, both domestic and international, for installations, service, and training (85%+ travel). Valid passport and authorization to work in the United States.
