• Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using Medent EMR.
• Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance verification processes
• Schedule appointments accurately utilizing medical scheduling software and coordinate with clinical staff to optimize clinic flow
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages when necessary
• Maintain accurate medical records by filing documents, updating patient information, and reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy
