If you're passionate about patient-centered care and want to be part of a supportive healthcare team, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plansAdminister medications, treatments, and skilled nursing procedures in a home health settingMonitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in conditionCoordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team membersEducate patients and family members on diagnoses, medications, and home care techniquesEnsure compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations and standards of careProvide specialized nursing interventions as neededRequirements:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of MarylandPrevious home health, hospice, or community nursing experience preferredStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and patient education abilitiesReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseCPR/BLS certification requiredCompassionate, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyCompensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
