Estate Planning and Administration Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Estate Planning and Administration Attorney in Tacoma, WA. The ideal candidate will manage their own workload while enjoying a supportive work‑life balance. This role involves designing custom estate plans and facilitating estate administration processes. Duties Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Educate clients on estate planning options. Design estate plans using wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Analyze and implement tax avoidance strategies. Facilitate estate administration from client contact to court appearances. Craft solutions using TEDRA. Requirements Possess a JD from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the State of Washington. Minimum of three years' experience in estate planning and administration. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Washington State. Skills Strong communication and client education skills. Proficiency in designing estate plans and tax strategies. Experience with TEDRA and estate administration processes.
