Job Description

Join our team as an experienced quality professional dedicated to ensuring aerospace supplier compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards. You will be skilled in audits, root cause analysis, First Article Inspections (FAI), and corrective actions, with a proven track record in improving supplier performance, relationships, reducing defects, and supporting flight-critical part reliability.

Top Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering

· 3+ years of experience working in a Supplier Quality role

· Experience with machined materials, outside processing

· Experience with conducting supplier audits

· Experience reviewing First Article Inspections, and Lead CAPA’s

· Experience Managing supplier relationships

Work Environment

This is a full-time, long-term position. You will be the sole supplier quality engineer, interacting with all suppliers. The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager, not the quality department, and follows a 4/10's schedule. Expect to travel to supplier sites, mostly within California, with very little out-of-state travel, totaling approximately 25% travel.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
