Job Description

• 
  Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects within the property industry.
  
  



• 
  Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to determine material and labor requirements.
  
  



• 
  Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure alignment on project budgets and timelines.
  
  



• 
  Source and negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors to achieve cost efficiency.
  
  



• 
  Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate budgetary or timeline concerns.
  
  



• 
  Maintain accurate records of estimates, contracts, and project documentation.
  
  



• 
  Support the construction team with cost-related insights throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  



• 
  Stay updated on industry trends, costs, and best practices to enhance estimation accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Estimator should have:
