The Yard Hand is responsible for supporting daily yard operations by maintaining equipment, assisting with loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, and ensuring the yard remains clean, safe, and operational. This role supports inspection, handling, and movement of oilfield tubular products and related equipment in accordance with company safety and quality standards.

Yard Hand Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• Load, unload, move, and organize pipe, tubulars, and oilfield equipment using forklifts, cranes, or hand tools.
• Assist with preparation, cleaning, inspection, and storage of customer equipment and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard, shop, and work areas.
• Support technicians and operators with daily operational tasks.
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking.
• Properly secure loads and materials for transportation and storage.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to company standards.
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and audits as required.

Yard Hand Qualifications:

• Previous oilfield, warehouse, yard, or industrial experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Machine Operation experience
• Outdoor Industrial yard environment
• Exposure to noise, dust, heavy equipment, and weather condition.
