Position Summary
WOCOTM is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer with AI experience to support our programs, campaigns, and organizational branding. This role will design high-quality digital and print materials while using AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency, creativity, and storytelling. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, meets deadlines, and aligns with WOCOTM’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Design graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, reports, and printed materials
- Use AI design tools (such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, constant contact or similar platforms) to generate, enhance, and optimize visual content
- Collaborate with program staff to develop visuals for community outreach, advocacy campaigns, and educational materials
- Ensure all designs align with WOCOTM branding, messaging, and accessibility standards
- Edit and revise designs based on feedback and project needs
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced nonprofit environment
- Organize and maintain digital design files within shared platforms
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
- Demonstrated knowledge of AI-assisted design tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams)
- Must have access to a reliable computer and internet connection
- Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with a remote team
- Must know how to used AI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with nonprofit, advocacy, or community-based organizations
- Familiarity with social justice, equity, or women-centered initiatives
- Experience designing materials for virtual programs, toolkits, or training curricula
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices
