Make a meaningful impact by providing expert support to students in elementary and middle school settings as a full-time BCBA in the Fontana area. This contract position requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who thrives in dynamic educational environments and is passionate about creating positive outcomes for young learners. Key Qualifications:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- At least one year of previous experience working as a BCBA in a school environment
- Commitment to working full time (40 hours per week)
- Strong communication and coaching skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop, implement, and oversee behavioral plans for elementary and middle school students
What You'll Do:
- Assess students' behavioral needs and design individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral services within elementary and middle school environments
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support student progress and ensure fidelity of intervention
- Conduct regular data collection and analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and guide adjustments
- Facilitate training for school staff on best practices in behavioral support
- Support the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
