A Brief Overview US LBM is a leading national supplier of lumber and building materials, proudly supporting contractors, builders, and communities across the country. As we continue to grow in the Arkansas and Missouri markets, we are actively building a strong talent pipeline for multiple distribution roles. Positions We're Hiring For A variety of roles, including but not limited to: CDL Drivers NonCDL Delivery Drivers Yard / Warehouse Associates Striker/Stocker Operations Associate Placement will be based on experience, certifications, and business need. What You'll Do (Varies by Role) Depending on your background and assignment, responsibilities may include: Assist inventory control in counting and organizing warehouse materials. Operate forklift with foot and hand controls. Safely and efficiently operates a truck-mounted forklift to load, unload, and transport materials at job sites. Loading, unloading, and organizing lumber and building materials Responsible for deliveries to both active construction sites and completed build locations, city-based deliveries and inter-state travel may be required. Performs thorough pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with federal regulations. Provides exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor, addressing client needs, representing the company positively during all interactions, and relaying messages received from customers while on job sites.
