Certified Nurse Assistant

Caregiver Position

Alto Health Care Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role is critical in assisting patients with daily activities and maintaining their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in patients' health status to the nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
• Ensure patients' comfort and dignity at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current certification as an STNA, CNA, or NA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift and move patients as required.
