Job Title: Tax Manager w/Partner TrackSalary: $175,000 to $200,000Location: Burbank, CaliforniaRequirements: 10+ years accounting experience, CPA (or pursuing), Master's degree, California tax expertiseAbout UsWe are a boutique advisory firm based serving Burbank and the Greater Los Angeles Area for Over 26 Years. We are looking for somebody that wants to be Partner one day. You'll manage multiple client engagements while ensuring rock-solid compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Your tax planning and strategy work directly impacts client outcomes. This is your chance to lead, mentor our team, and shape our direction.Job DutiesPrepare and review complex federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trustsConduct tax research and provide tax planning recommendationsAssist clients with tax compliance, audits, notices, and inquiries from taxing authoritiesReview financial statements and supporting documentation for tax reportingPrepare tax projections and estimates for client financial planningMonitor tax law changes and communicate impact to clients and managementWhat You Need10+ years of public accounting or tax accounting experienceMaster's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA license (or actively pursuing certification)Strong knowledge of federal and California tax lawsBenefitsCompetitive SalaryHealth insurance coverage401(k) retirement planPaid time off and company holidaysPaid sick timeContinuing education and CPA supportProfessional development and advancement opportunities
