Business Analyst - Gen AI

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with over 10 years of industry expertise to support GenAI-driven business process transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Generative AI, process mining, and enterprise-level compliance. This role will bridge the gap between AI technologies and business outcomes by identifying reusable patterns across use cases to maximize ROI. Job Responsibilities: Translate Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities into actionable business solutions Apply compliance-aware process mining techniques to identify inefficiencies and risks in workflows Develop and implement reusability blueprints to uncover cross-use-case patterns that maximize return on investment Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive AI adoption across departments Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in AI-driven process enhancements Evaluate existing business processes and recommend GenAI solutions that optimize performance Required Skills: 10+ years of total professional experience Strong expertise in GenAI concepts and tools Experience in compliance-aware process mining Ability to analyze and design reusable AI solution components Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and business translation capabilities Preferred Skills: Experience with AI/ML platforms and frameworks Familiarity with process mining tools such as Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, etc. Exposure to enterprise compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.
