Step into precision manufacturing
Join a team that builds coupling devices used in large piping systems. In this role, you’ll set up and run production equipment, keep materials flowing, and ensure every part meets spec. If you’re mechanically minded, confident with hand and power tools, and take pride in accurate measurements, you’ll feel right at home.
What you’ll handle- Operate and oversee machines that manufacture pipe coupling components
- Move raw materials and finished goods safely between workstations
- Measure parts accurately using a tape measure to confirm dimensions
- Inspect output to verify quality and compliance with job orders
- Make routine adjustments and perform basic upkeep on equipment
- Select and use hand and power tools correctly and safely
- Follow all safety protocols and keep your work area clean and organized
- 2nd Shift- 3p-11p (Monday- Friday)
- 3rd Shift- 11p-7a (Sunday- Thursday)
- Overtime as needed
- Hands-on machine operation experience
- Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting instincts
- Ability to read a tape measure with precision
- Comfortable using common hand tools and power tools
- High attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Thrives in a fast-paced production environment
