This approach helps companies understand their audiences up to 100x faster and at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods. Synthetic research is especially valuable for B2B marketers targeting hard-to-reach audiences, such as CEOs and technology decision-makers. Evidenza was founded by big tech veterans Peter Weinberg, Jon Lombardo, and Brian Watroba. Since launching in early 2024, Evidenza's growth has been explosive: over 100 clients, including major B2B and B2C brands like EY, ServiceNow, and Mars.

The Role

We've done millions in revenue with zero funding. Now we're building the team to take it to nine figures and beyond and we want you to lead the charge. Synthetic research is a brand-new category, and Evidenza is defining it. That means a rare combination: an eight-figure inbound pipeline already knocking, and a wide-open greenfield market where you're the first to explain why this technology changes everything. You'll carry your own quota, close marquee logos, and help build the team that scales it behind you. This is a once-in-a-career shot disruptive tech, explosive growth, no investors to answer to, and a direct line to the founders. What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle qualify, run discovery, pitch Evidenza's value, and close across our platform and services engagements
• Carry a personal new-business quota from day one
• Drive outbound: build target account lists and personally prospect into enterprise territories - calls, email, LinkedIn - alongside inbound
• Build and deepen relationships with senior decision-makers, turning first conversations into long-term accounts
• Build and lead the team: hire, onboard, coach, and own their number as it grows
• Own the forecast, and tell the founders the truth about it, early
• Write the playbook: qualification, pricing, deal structure, handoffs to delivery
• Partner with founders on sales strategy, and feed ideas into marketing, product, and ops

Who You Are

• 10+ years in enterprise sales, selling to Fortune 1000 accounts with time spent leading and coaching reps, not just carrying your own bag
• Proven outbound seller: you've built pipeline from scratch in cold territories and don't wait for leads to land in your lap
• A relationship builder at heart - you earn trust with senior buyers
• Quota crusher with a track record of beating $2M+ numbers, repeatedly
• Builder mindset - you thrive in ambiguity, create playbooks from scratch, and operate with high ownership where perfect structure doesn't exist yet
• Comfortable selling both software and services - different margins, cycles, and promises
• Fluent in the modern stack: Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Smartlead.ai, Outreach.io
• Charismatic, curious, results-driven - and comfortable being the most accountable person in the room

Benefits and Compensation

• Base: $150,000 - $200,000 annually
• OTE: $400,000+
