Medical Surgical Floor Nurse - Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position involves providing direct nursing care within a Neuro/Stroke unit, adhering to established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

• Responsibilities: Implements and monitors patient care plans; records and communicates patient condition; coordinates multidisciplinary care; carries out physician and nursing orders; assesses and coordinates discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid nursing license; zero years of experience required.
• Schedule: Night shift; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The department is a 28-bed Neuro/Stroke unit with telemetry capability, supported by patient care technicians and a healthcare unit coordinator. Utilization of virtual sitter monitoring and monitor techs for telemetry are available. NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification is required. Travelers may work up to 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule; holiday scheduling will depend on department needs.
