Commercial Execution Manager-CRM Cardiac Rhythm Management

Abbott seeks a Commercial Execution Manager for its Cardiac Rhythm Technologies division in Austin, Texas. Responsibilities
- Lead strategic process improvement initiatives tied to commercial implant execution and division goals
- Analyze business processes and recommend initiatives to increase productivity, efficiency, and implants
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities that drive revenue and ROI improvements
- Act as cross-functional change agent to implement best practices and sustain measurable commercial results
- Present strategic initiatives and performance results to senior leadership including SVP level
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Minimum 9 years in a related field
- Proficiency with data analysis and large dataset interpretation
- Experience with process improvement and operational optimization
- Power BI experience preferred
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency preferred
Compensation: $113,300–$226,700 base
