Role Summary We are seeking two motivated, organized, and results-driven Recruiters to join an established healthcare services organization and support exciting high-volume hiring initiatives! In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment , primarily supporting high-volume call-center hiring, with opportunities to recruit for healthcare, clinical, professional, and technical positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop creative sourcing strategies, screen qualified candidates, and help achieve ambitious hiring goals while delivering a positive candidate experience. The recruiting team supports two monthly hiring classes, with approximately 40 hires in one class and 10 in the other . Duties & Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers. Support high-volume recruiting initiatives and recurring hiring classes. Recruit primarily for high-volume call-center positions, with potential recruitment responsibilities across healthcare, clinical, professional, and technical roles. Manage multiple requisitions and hiring priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment. Conduct candidate screenings and present qualified candidates to hiring teams. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, SeekOut, and other recruiting platforms. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for challenging or high-volume positions. Support ongoing hiring initiatives and large-scale recruitment efforts. Hiring Manager Collaboration & Recruitment Coordination Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and recruitment timelines. Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain accurate recruitment documentation. Provide regular hiring updates to hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve recruitment goals and deliver a positive candidate experience. Maintain compliance with established recruitment policies and procedures. Required Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience. Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives. Experience working in fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environments. Experience partnering with staffing/search agencies and networking with professional or special-interest groups. Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting and multiple requisitions simultaneously. Recruiting Skills & Technical Proficiency Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring-manager communication skills. Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities and meet hiring timelines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication, organizational, and candidate relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. Remote Work Requirements Must reside and work in an approved U.S. state. Ability to work a full-time day-shift schedule, with occasional overtime as needed. Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Experience recruiting for call-center, healthcare, clinical, or technical positions. Experience supporting large hiring classes or high-volume staffing initiatives. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools.
