Sr Salesforce Developer

MUST HAVES:

• Verified Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Development, Customization, Administration, Testing and Integration skills
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Description:
This is a contract-to-hire role for a Senior Salesforce Developer located on-site in Plano, TX or Bloomfield, CT. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce solutions, customizing and integrating Salesforce applications, performing unit testing, and providing technical expertise and support for Salesforce initiatives. As a Salesforce Sr Engineer, you will be joining the team developing our Salesforce applications. Working as a member of an agile team, you'll be responsible for developing new features and enhancements, and for supporting existing development for our customized Salesforce solutions. Engineer must be a highly motivated, well-rounded, team player and self-starter that works best in a collaborative, dynamic, agile environment. Excellent communication skills both written and oral are also essential as this position will interface with remote scrum teams, business owners, enterprise architects, security, infrastructure, and end users via email, phone, IM, desktop sharing, and wiki.

Challenges existing processes through relentless improvement.

Required Skills:

• 6-8 years of Experience in Salesforce Development, Customization, Administration and Integration skills
• Experience in implementing Salesforce solutions and performing unit testing
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps platform; Copado
• Understanding of databases (SQL, Entity Relationships, etc.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Experience / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technology field or related experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience with Vlocity
