Law firm is seeking a Word Processor to join their team. This position is open to candidates located in California.
Responsibilities:- Prepare, edit, and proofread complex legal documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Handle formatting, styling, Tables of Contents/Authorities, and document troubleshooting
- Transcribe dictation and manage files in NetDocuments
- Collaborate with a team of 10 Word Processors who share knowledge and support one another
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3-5 years of law firm word processing and/or legal assistance experience required
- Advanced MS Word required
