You'll sell new home, auto, and umbrella personal lines accounts, renew existing ones, and build lasting relationships—all while achieving personal and firm goals. This is more than a sales role; it's an opportunity to become a valued resource in your community and industry.What You'll DoConsult & Advise: Present proposals with confidence, clearly explaining coverage options so clients feel informed and secure.Close Deals: Finalize sales, collect documentation, and ensure a smooth handoff to the service team.Grow Your Network: Develop prospects through community involvement, networking events, referrals, and industry partnerships.Stay Ahead: Maintain deep knowledge of insurance products and underwriting criteria to provide expert guidance.Represent with Pride: Be the face of our firm in the community and with insurance partners.Drive Results: Meet monthly new business goals while continuously looking for ways to improve processes and client experience.What We're Looking ForLicensed & Ready: Hold an active 2-20 state insurance licenseExperienced Advisor: At least 3+ years of personal lines sales experience within the insurance industry.Hunter Mentality: Someone able to self-generate leads and has a referral network to tap into.
