The role focuses on engaging customers, educating about hearing wellness, scheduling appointments, and driving growth through community outreach and relationship building. You will complete 30–50 outbound calls daily, aim for 4+ immediate or scheduled hearings, and promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
