Position Overview
As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of surgical procedures by providing expert perioperative care. You'll collaborate with the surgical team to prepare patients for surgery, maintain a sterile environment, and assist during procedures. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to respond quickly in high-pressure situations will ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare the operating room for procedures by ensuring the availability and sterility of equipment and supplies
• Assist surgeons during operations, anticipating their needs and providing instruments and materials promptly
• Monitor patients' vital signs and condition during surgery, ensuring their safety and stability
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other team members to provide seamless, patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families on preoperative preparation and postoperative care to support recovery
• Document all perioperative activities, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately and in compliance with facility protocols
