Data Support Engineer

OverviewSeeking a technical support professional to provide operational support for enterprise data platforms, integrations, and reporting environments. This role serves as a key point of contact for troubleshooting data-related issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the reliability of critical business data processes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first- and second-level support for data integration processes, reporting platforms, and enterprise data workflows.Monitor system performance, data movement, and operational health using monitoring and alerting tools.Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while meeting established service levels.Escalate complex incidents to engineering or development teams with thorough documentation and analysis.Perform routine operational activities including batch process monitoring, system checks, access management, and data validation.Partner with business stakeholders to support data-related requests and improve overall user experience.Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.Participate in root cause analysis efforts and contribute to continuous service improvements.Support incident, problem, and change management processes.Participate in rotational on-call support as required.
