Responsibilities: Manage projects independently with minimal supervision Work with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell and specify cabinets and a range of other products, which may include lighting, appliances, and high-end fixtures Develop design concepts and construction documents Coordinate meetings with architects and contractors Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information Create estimates and proposals Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, while using suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accurately Continually focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices Qualifications An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture is required Strong experience in cabinet or interior design Proficient in AutoCAD design software House call and interior installation experience Strong understanding of Building codes Excellent written and verbal communication including a strong sales presence Ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required The ability to manage a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism This is an uncapped commission eligible role.
