We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across multiple dealerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative work, managing multiple projects, collaborating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. Responsibilities • Support sales and service marketing initiatives across multiple dealership locations. • Coordinate monthly promotions, special offers, and seasonal marketing initiatives with partner agencies, vendors, and dealer personnel. • Ideate, execute, and track multi-channel campaigns, including email, direct mail, paid social, search, display, and other digital advertising. • Update variable and fixed ops specials, offers, landing pages, and promotional content on dealership websites. • Conduct monthly website quality assurance reviews to identify issues and ensure content accuracy. • Review marketing materials for accuracy, branding, offer details, disclaimers, OEM compliance, and co-op eligibility. • Support creative projects from brief to launch, including concepting, copywriting, design, approvals, vendor coordination, proofing, production, and campaign flighting. • Prepare, submit, and track OEM co-op claims, including compliance documentation, reimbursement status, and related accounting follow-up. • Create marketing assets for dealership communications, internal announcements, point-of-sale messaging, and other ad hoc requests. • Assist with reporting, budget tracking, and marketing performance summaries. • Support dealership events, launches, seasonal campaigns, and community initiatives. • Assist the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager with additional projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in automotive marketing, advertising, or agency-side marketing preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience developing marketing copy for digital, print, email, social, and dealership communications. • Basic design skills and the ability to create polished marketing materials, presentations, point-of-sale assets, and campaign graphics. • Experience working with digital marketing platforms, email marketing tools, website CMS platforms, and campaign reporting. • Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and website performance reporting. • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail, accuracy, deadlines, and approvals. • Comfortable working with creative agencies, vendors, dealership teams, and cross-functional partners.
