Bullock, Logan Associates is a small, well-established Manufacturer's Representative firm serving the Commercial and Industrial HVAC industry. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. If you have a passion for taking on new challenges, strong communication skills, and a desire to work in a dynamic industry, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Outside Sales team by providing administrative and sales assistance
Prepare and generate customer quotations, Including parts, equipment and projects
Coordinate project bids
Log quotations and sales activities into the company database for tracking and reporting purposes
Enter Orders / Invoice Projects, Equipment & Parts using QuickBook Accounting System
Communicate with customers via phone
Work closely with both the sales team and customers to ensure exceptional service and project success
Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Accounting Software.
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude
