Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are designed to deliver consistent miles while allowing you to maintain family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks.
• Enjoy trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
• Take your assigned truck and trailer home, ensuring safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handle dry van freight, with 95% of freight being no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
• Minimal physical tasks allow you to focus on driving and maximizing efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 per week based on mileage and performance.
• Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Routes span across Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, and Montana.
• All tolls covered using EZ Pass and toll cards.
