Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing mental health professionals to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of their own homes or preferred locations. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess the mental health needs of adolescent and adult patients, establishing a strong therapeutic alliance.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and needs, utilizing evidence-based practices in therapy.
• Conduct therapy sessions via secure video conferencing and phone calls, ensuring compliance with telehealth best practices for patient confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• A valid and active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license in the state of California is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
