We’re looking for a working Field Operations Lead to run daily jobs, lead crews, and keep operations moving smoothly. This is a hands‑on leadership role — you’ll be in the truck, on job sites, and leading by example. What You’ll Do Lead daily junk removal jobs and work alongside the crew Deliver great customer experiences and handle issues quickly Dispatch and track trucks; coordinate with scheduling Train, coach, and hold team members accountable Enforce safety standards and company procedures Track jobs, hours, and basic daily paperwork What We’re Looking For 3+ years in junk removal, knowledge of the area and industry. Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors Strong communication, reliability, and leadership skills Available full-time, including some Saturdays and on‑call coverage Work hard, earn more when it’s busy, and help keep usable items out of landfills — one lug at a time. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Junkluggers of Southeastern MA & RI
