• BS Degree Required (prefer Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry).
• 3+ years supervising over a team of Quality Technicians in a food or beverage manufacturing facility
• Knowledge of Food Safety/SQF and GMP's.
• Good Communication Skills throughout the facility.
