Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC with the Thriving Center, your role will encompass a range of essential duties including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the specific therapeutic needs of clients, ensuring personalized treatment plans are developed based on those assessments.

• Maintaining clear and open communication with colleagues, family members, and other parties involved in a client’s care to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Creating and sharing a detailed schedule that includes appointments, home visits, and essential observations, while also coordinating home visit requirements for thorough evaluation.
\n
• Participating in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and contributing to collaborative discussions about client care, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.
\n
• Documenting monthly and quarterly progress notes to monitor advancements and effectiveness of treatment plans, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and ethical standards.
\n
• Organizing comprehensive training sessions for staff to ensure competency in implementing program plans and maintaining documentation accuracy.

• Acting as a liaison within the mental health community to support development goals and enhance service delivery.

• Providing ongoing follow-up support through interviews and home visits to evaluate and adjust care plans as needed for continued client success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and youth who face a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Kansas.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n
