This Lead Engineer role spans engineering, sales, service, and manufacturing with excellent work-life balance in a streamlined environment. Small, privately-owned engineering and manufacturing company Nearly 100 years in operation Strong government contract portfolio Flat organizational structure with minimal bureaucracy Design pumps and components using CAD/CAM software and finite element analysis Create 3D models and technical drawings using AutoCAD / AutoDesk Inventor Support manufacturing and repair operations Field Operations Lead field service crews for installation, repair, and commissioning Conduct onsite troubleshooting and technical support Travel to customer sites for project execution Work with application engineers on customer solutions Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) ~5+ years with centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment ~ AutoCAD / Inventor proficiency (required) ~ Experience with diesel engines and gas turbines preferred ~ Comfortable in manufacturing environments and field work 10% annual bonus ~
