About the Ro le

LONDONTOWN is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Specialist to support the setup, rollout, and optimization of Business Central across our European and US operations. This person will help ensure the system is implemented correctly, supports our business needs, and improves visibility across finance, inventory, operations, purchasing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across U.S. and European entities.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, and leadership teams to understand business needs.
• Configure Business Central workflows, processes, permissions, and reporting based on company requirements.
• Support data migration, including vendors, customers, inventory, chart of accounts, purchase orders, sales orders, and historical financial data.
• Help integrate Business Central with existing platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, warehouse systems, reporting tools, and other business applications.
• Identify gaps, risks, and process issues during implementation and recommend solutions.
• Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials for internal users.
• Train team members across departments on how to properly use Business Central.
• Support post-launch troubleshooting, system improvements, reporting, and process optimization.
• Ensure the system supports multi-country operations, including U.S. and European finance, inventory, tax, and compliance needs.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of finance, inventory, purchasing, order management, and reporting workflows.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, and international business operations is a plus.
• Comfortable working with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Able to translate business needs into practical system workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and training skills.
• Experience with e-commerce, beauty, CPG, or product-based companies is a plus.
• Experience integrating Business Central with Shopify, Amazon, or warehouse/inventory tools is a strong plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience.
• Prior experience with full-cycle implementation, not just system support.
• Experience with data migration, system configuration, testing, user training, and post-launch support.
• Strong understanding of accounting and operational processes.
• Ability to work across U.S. and European time zones.
