The care model integrates womens health, precision-informed primary care, and thoughtful diagnostic processes to deliver coordinated, whole-person care./ppWe are seeking a PMHNP with strong primary care competence who is licensed to practice independently. This role begins at 5-10 hours per week, with the potential for a full-time W-2 position based on performance, clinical excellence, and patient outcomes. This is a high-impact role for a clinician who enjoys providing nuanced, integrated care to women with intersecting medical and hormonal needs./ph3Clinical Responsibilities:/h3pAdvanced Primary Care/ppConduct comprehensive telehealth visits across preventive, acute, and chronic care domains./ppDiagnose and manage medical conditions commonly seen among women with ADHD and neurodivergence, including hormonal conditions, metabolic issues, migraines, sleep disturbances, GI symptoms, chronic fatigue, and related comorbidities./ppOrder and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics to guide individualized treatment plans./ppDevelop evidence-based care plans that consider medical, hormonal, and behavioral interactions./ppWomens Health/ppEvaluate and manage perimenopause, menopause, dysmenorrhea, PMDD, PCOS, menstrual irregularities, and other hormonal conditions across the reproductive lifespan./ppDevelop and manage personalized hormonal medication plansincluding pharmacologic selection, titration, and safety monitoringthat account for coexisting psychiatric and medical conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, migraines, metabolic concerns, and chronic fatigue./ppProvide clinical guidance on hormonal transitions and collaborate with GYN or psychiatric partners as needed./ppMedication Management/ppPrescribe and manage medications across primary care and womens health domains./ppMonitor response, tolerability, interactions, and adherence; adjust care plans based on diagnostic data and patient outcomes./ppExperience and familiarity with psychiatric diagnosis, medical evaluation, and medication management, including SSRIs, SNRIs, stimulants, non-stimulants, and related pharmacologic therapies./ppEnsure all prescribing and documentation align with standards and regulatory requirements./ppTech-Enabled Care Delivery/ppUse advanced EMR, clinical dashboards, structured workflows, and decision-support tools to deliver efficient, high-quality care./ppMaintain thorough, timely documentation that supports continuity of care and meets clinical quality standards./ppEngage in digital communication and follow-up within established guidelines for patient safety and clarity./ppPractice within standardized clinical protocols and SOPs, which are designed to support decision-making, reduce variability, and ensure safe, high-quality care. Comprehensive training is provided./ppCollaboration Care Coordination/ppCollaborate with physicians and care team partners when clinically indicated./ppSupport transitions of care, follow-up plans, referrals, and patient education./ph3Required Qualifications/h3pActive PMHNP-BC license (ideally along with FNP, ANP, WHNP, AGNP license with primary care capability)./ppEligibility for independent practice in Virginia./ppActive Nurse Practitioner license/ppActive DEA License/ppStrong organizational skills and an attention to detail/ppStrong experience in primary care and/or womens health with comfort managing chronic, multisystem conditions./ppAbility to integrate medical, hormonal, and behavioral considerations into clinical decision-making./ppHigh proficiency with tech-enabled clinical tools, EMRs, telehealth platforms, and digital workflows./ppExcellent clinical judgment, concise documentation, and reliable follow-through./ppAbility to see patients in person on a limited, case-by-case basis./ph3Preferred Experience/h3pClinical experience in womens health (perimenopause, menopause, dysmenorrhea, PCOS, PMDD, menstrual or hormonal concerns)./ppFamiliarity with chronic comorbidities, common among women with ADHD or neurodivergence (e.g., anxiety, depression)./ppExperience in interdisciplinary or integrative care environments./ppWorking knowledge of diagnostic and E/M coding./ppPrior work in digitally supported, tech-enabled care models./p/div
