Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our upscale casual, full-service restaurant in the heart of Rogers, Arkansas . This is an amazing opportunity for a proven leader with the financial acumen to run a high-volume restaurant to grow as this company continues to expand. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Operations: Oversee all daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless, high-quality guest experiences.
- Cultivate Culture: Recruit, train, and inspire a hospitality-focused team committed to exceptional service and food quality.
- Drive Financials: Manage P&L, labor costs, inventory, and budgeting to maximize profitability while maintaining premium standards.
- Engage the Community: Build local relationships and maintain our reputation as a premier dining destination in Northwest Arkansas.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale casual or fine-dining full-service restaurant.
- Leadership: A hands-on leader with a proven track record of developing staff and maintaining high retention.
- Business Acumen: Strong financial literacy with deep knowledge of P&L management, food/labor cost controls, and revenue growth.
- Passion: A genuine love for great food, beverage, and the art of hospitality.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary of $80,000 - $85,000 + 25% bonus potential paid quarterly
