$3,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time!

Part Time: 1st & 2nd Shift

$1,500 Sign on Bonus for Part Time!

Every Other Weekend: 1st Shift (RN ONLY)

8-Hour Shifts

65-Bed Facility

MUST be licensed in Wisconsin

What You'll Do

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and complete treatments as ordered
• Supervise and support nursing assistants
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being

What You Bring

• Current RN or LPN License Wisconsin
• Medication administration and IV certification
• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
• Passion for improving the lives of residents
