Key Responsibilities Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and options. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Explain vehicle features, financing options, and warranty programs. Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hyundai products, promotions, and industry trends. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet dealership sales goals. Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Proficient with computers and basic software applications.
