Easterseals is seeking a full-time, dedicated licensed PT, OT, SLP, or Child Development Specialist to provide oversight of daily operations for our Early Intervention program, along with our pediatric and adult therapy services. Qualifications:

• Must have compassion for others and the desire to support children and adults with disabilities
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in PT, OT, Speech/Language Pathology, or Early Childhood Education
• At least 6 years’ experience in a clinical setting
• At least 3 years’ experience providing direct therapy intervention
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to be able to lead a team and communicate effectively with clients and families
• Strong computer skills
• Must have a driving record in good standing
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus, but not required
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting 
• Experience leading a team
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality programming that adheres to Federal regulations for both child and adult therapy services
• Management of insurance and referral processes
• Implementation of strategic planning to reach goals
