- # Inventory Control CoordinatorApply: United States, Missouri, Saint Joseph: Full time: Posted Today: WD50199*\\*This position is located in St. Joseph, DC\\****What you will do**Inventory Control Coordinator reports to the Production Control Manager, part of the Manufacturing Operations business unit. This role is located onsite in the plant.**How you will do it*** Perform daily cycle counts of production components and inventory locations to ensure inventory accuracy.* Investigate inventory discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement or recommend corrective actions.* Collaborate with Receiving, Operations, Offsite Warehouse, and Suppliers to ensure accurate and timely material transactions.* Perform receiving functions and tracking of inbound inventory.* Perform inventory reconciliations and resolve inventory variances in a timely manner.**What we look for**Required* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and determine root causes.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.* Ability to become certified and safely operate a scissor lift as required.Preferred* Previous experience in Inventory Control, Material Analysis, Production Control, Warehouse Operations, or a related field* Experience performing cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and inventory accuracy improvement initiatives.* Knowledge of inventory control best practices, material flow processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.**Additional Requirement**Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; Clarios will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visas for this opportunity.
