May perform additional duties including (but not limited to): (a) unloads delivery truck and appropriately stores received product, (b) sweeps and mops floors on a scheduled and as‑needed basis, (c) removes garbage and rinses garbage cans as necessary, (d) supports fellow back of house team members by assisting with other tasks, as needed. Reports/corrects safety hazards in a timely manner Requirements and Skills Prior experience in dishwashing in a high volume/fast‑paced commercial kitchen environment is REQUIRED In order to be considered for the position, candidates must be available to work evenings, Fridays and Saturdays Must be age 16 or older Commitment to be your best at all times Desire to take initiative Passion for service Strong work ethic A love for serving others Focus on quality and attention to detail Applicants will be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time #J-18808-Ljbffr
