Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by building positive relationships with customers. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Listen to customer concerns, identify needs, research issues, and provide solutions. Work with upset or frustrated customers to resolve problems effectively. Maintain a positive attitude, professionalism, and strong customer focus. Meet quality, productivity, and customer service performance goals. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services when appropriate. Learn and maintain knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures. Support team initiatives, special projects, and process improvement efforts. Participate in team meetings, events, and departmental activities. Assist other areas of the Customer Connections team as needed. Qualifications 4+ years of customer service or customer support experience. Strong communication and listening skills. Ability to build rapport with a variety of customers. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
