We are the #1 Zillow Team in Northern California, closing over $400M a year with about 60 agents across Carmel, Santa Cruz, the South Bay, and the East Bay. Our lead generation brings in more buyers and sellers than our current agents can handle, and we need more licensed professionals to work them.

Your day to day

1. Respond to and follow up with inbound leads
2. Meet with buyers and sellers to understand what they need
3. Show homes and host open houses
4. Manage your transactions from offer to close
5. Grow your own referral base over time

1. Hold an active California real estate license (required)

Sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement. Your license, your work ethic, and your coachability matter most.

Job Type: Full time, 1099 independent contractor

Pay: Commission based, with top agents earning $200,000+ per year

Schedule: Flexible and self directed, with weekend availability for showings and open houses

Supplemental Pay: Commission, bonus pay, revenue share, stock awards
