CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide patient care and support within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being through compassionate assistance with daily activities and clinical duties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Document patient care and support provided accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive resident care.
• Adhere to facility policies, including proper identification and badge policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification with active state or federal registration.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion and patience in patient care.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and facility procedures.
• Previous experience in LTC/SNF preferred.
