Base salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 . Average commissions and bonuses after your 1st year can add an additional $18,000 -$20,000. Our top earners made more than $100k last year.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.

Provide clear and accurate information about GEICO's wide range of insurance products.

Assist policyholders with inquiries and policy changes,.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Process new business applications efficiently and accurately.

Collaborate with team members to achieve office sales goals and uphold GEICO's service standards.

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Previous sales experience is a plus, but a strong desire to learn and succeed is most important.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for helping people and providing outstanding customer service.

Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses upon hire.

Comfortable working in a dynamic office environment.
